- We use reputable couriers experienced in plant transport.
- Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
- Plants are carefully packaged to survive transit.
Returns
- We guarantee plants are in the condition described at time of dispatch.
- If a plant arrives damaged due to shipping, please photograph it immediately and contact us within 48 hours.
- Returns are handled on a case-by-case basis. We stand behind our plants.
- Live plants cannot be returned once accepted due to biosecurity regulations.
